Submission Reminder Emails

TDP sends automated reminder emails for TANF, SSP, and Tribal TANF submissions.

Question Answer
When are reminders sent? Five days before the quarterly submission deadline.
Who receives them? Approved TDP users for TANF, SSP, and Tribal TANF.
Why did I receive one? At least one required file had not been submitted when the reminder was generated.
Is the reminder a late notice? No. It is sent before the deadline. TDP does not currently send automatic reminders after the deadline.

Receiving a reminder does not always mean that your organization has data to submit. TDP cannot currently tell the difference between a missing file and a reporting period when your organization had no caseload or records to report.

For instructions on what to do in these situations, see When You Have No Data To Report.

For upcoming deadlines, see Reporting Due Dates.
